I have a more untraditional work schedule, for me the weekends are long but lucrative. It makes getting together with friends even harder than usual because nobody has free time during the week. I also work 2nd shift which had transformed my entire family into half-nocturnal weirdos.

However, there is something magical about going to a cafe or restaurant in the early afternoon on an off day because it feels like you get the place entirely to yourself.
