That was the longest one I did ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’œ I was actually pushing it quite a bit during that run, listening to a stoicism podcast at the same time.

I think the toughest thing for me is to get my mind off of things, and not to get in my own way, by thinking what I can and canโ€™t do ๐Ÿ’œ

Iโ€™ll have to start off with walks, before getting back into running, donโ€™t want to shock my body ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yeah ๐Ÿ˜‚ go back gradually ! The hardest part is to stay focused on your breathing even when you are tired !

The breathing part is incredibly difficult thatโ€™s for sure.. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I donโ€™t think I ever got it fully down to 100%

Itโ€™s all about practice ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ you will get it eventually !
