Check how much inbound you have. It’s under Settings => Payment channels. If you don’t have enough, check your max fee amount on the Channel management page. If you don’t have enough inbound and the fee amount you have set is too low, the payment will fail. My guess is you don’t have enough inbound and you’re not sending enough to cover the splice fee.
