Exercise might be free but I didn’t get these big burly buff biceps through any shmeasly movements pal. I got them through lifting expensive steel. Like a man. Clanging and banging weights with other big burly men. Because that’s what I do. Lift big burly steel with big burly buff dudes in a big burly buff gym.

All good, I understand that specialized training can be expensive.

Healthy lifestyle can be cheap. But discipline and breaking bad habits is not easy.

Making excuses can be a trap. 😉
