Just found out that a tenant couldn’t pay his rent this month.. staff was going to serve an eviction..turns out he got cancer again.. round two.. wife didn’t want to go through that again so she just left him..

My landlady ditched her husband when he had cancer and left him with half the rental properties, including mine. He had to sell the house to pay for his medical bills, and my family had to move out.
