#bitcoin led me to being kinda fucking ripped.

I haven’t stopped to actually think about this before.

It hasn’t been hard, I was just nudged in all the right ways (food, prioritizing, dca:ing stacks of increasingly heavy plates).

People around me are kinda baffled, lol.
