They don't believe in them but they still use it because it is the "legal" money in course BUT we actually more the USD, is common to see the things priced in USD in all of the shops
In some borders you can pay with Colombian peso or with Real (Brazilia)
So you can choose to pay with bolivars or USD or other currencies, some shops do even accept usdt
Also can you freely exchange usd to goods or do you need always use bolivars?
but cant they just prohibit to exchange to
usd or just make an artificial course that not will have an artificial high spread between buy and sell to make holding usd unprofitable
