I'm not a native speaker, so reading fiction in English is a bit of a challenge and takes a lot of time because of the many colloquialisms and complex sentence structures.
Because we are literally living in Heinlein's universe. The word "Grok" was coined by him for another book, the hippie bible 1960s. What's the most popular game right now? It's based on Starship Troopers. Who invented private space company? Who described the first AI? And so on
На русском читать книгу надо только в переводе Александра Щербакова. На других языках к сожалению не знаю какие переводы наиболее корректно переводят игру полублатных слов оригинала.
