Is there a tool to fix duplicated follows? Someone is having problems because a client duplicated his list 4 times and he's now following 8k npubs

I would just use another working client and follow one more. Chances are this client maintains a unique set of npubs and thereby fix the issue.

Holy crap... I can only think of manually removing the duplicates, there is currently no fix for that.
