US law is a bit unique. It is why the globalists are trying to destroy it. 1st & 2nd Amendments are key. Only need an intransigent minority to exercise those rights to keep the psychopaths in check.
States rights also help keep authoritarianism at bay. Easy to pickup and move to a different state like Florida or Texas. Just hop in a car and drive. Succession is always an option for those states if things ever got too bad.
US constitution and its amendments seem to be quite resilient.
Unlike German or Czech constitution (very similar). Covid made me read the Czech constitution and it's absolutely toothless. Any right that it gives to the citizens can be modified or revoked if the govt says so (by changing or creating a law).
Sorry, but these short-cut conclusions smack of legal tinkering... and most likely you read the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, rather than the Constitution 😉
