blocking a download for an opensource free software?

it is freedom of speech, a basic right to download it and use it.

and it is very easy to circumvent.

I think it’s mental illness. Would be sad if he wasn’t willfully trying to hurt good people. Because of this, even if it is mental illness he needs to be destroyed. Beyond recognition.
