The Son is not the Father.

The Son is God.

My understanding was that Jesus is the son of god, who is the father who sent his only son to come down to earth?

No. The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost. Three persons in one God. The Son proceeds from the Father and the Holy Ghost spirates between them.

Where do you get this Trinity concept?

Thank you for posting something true. This is the One God that every Catholic exclusively worships.

gods is a synonym for angels and daemons, depending on where it was used. Qetzelcoatl for example, is described literally the same way as the Serpent in the garden. bible translations mostly use angel (and fallen angel, aka watchers) because the new testament is written in greek and angel means messenger (of God, or Satan, as the case may be).

if you look you will find many allusions to the fact that Jesus was the literal son of the chief angel, the Morning Star, or more often referred to as Lord. he inherited the role as the king of the angels, and thus is also the head of the church. the word Messiah means messenger, it's a specific type of messenger, obviously the most senior.

then you don't need this illogical thing in the center because we are all connected to that thing. and the holy spirit is not an angel, it's the hand of God. God the Creator is the one we worship. we ignore the words of his messengers at our own peril, it's not cruelty or judgement or any of that. we must accept that word before we can avoid the fate of ignoring it.

This is schitzo gnostic nonsense.
