The one who design the test, has some of an NPC as couldn't make it for any person and only works for US Citizens.

The united statian NPC, thinks the US is the only civilized country on earth, and the rest are aliens to be adopted.

The idea is great, though.

It's an important concept. Someone from Chile is as American as a Canadian or someone from the US.

Imagine the French referring to themselves as Europeans and all the other countries are aliens. (They might, though)
