I have told family and friends not to ever expect a quick reply. If they need a quick reply, appear infront of me and tell me to my face.
Your wife is tracking you :-) .. jk ..lucky you !
BTW no one expects 24 / 7 .. not even your boss .. if s/he does.. ask them to buy phones for you every year , pay for your network bills and also set up expectations upfront for way less productivity from you cuz the design of smartphone is meant to distract you .. it is not your fault if your code has bugs because your employer wants you checking your phone 24 by 7 :-)
