I take it for nerves and leg cramps, which go usually together. But I just buy some and use itπ§ Now I'm highly suspicious this is true, because some definitely felt better than other.
No doubt, it's some Pinterest shit. But still it got me thinking if I'm taking the right one, if it could be better.
