a question for European fren: do any type of your bank account influx has to be taxed according to some law?? for example another individual's transferring to you, or your own overseas bank accounts tx.

Not that I know of, different laws may apply for sums >10k or commercial transactions

In many countries a large transfer could trigger an alert to the authorities and you could be forced to explain it or prove its not taxable when you next pay your taxes... but the actual transfer itself, no.
