Sure there are, but you’ll find a relay that doesn’t censor what you want to see.

I censor my own feed to only see the notes I want to see. No one else can perform that censorship unless they compromise my nsec. And everyone is in the same boat.

Relays can selectively censor content, but they would all need to collude for that information to be completely suppressed. People usually have 5-20 relays and not all of them will ever be overtaken by a single cohort of censorship interest like modern media companies can be. You can just run your own relay.
