图一是餐中配菜,纳豆,对心血管系统有益,建议经常想起来吃一点,比较咸,少量多次比较好。图二是餐后或者解决暂时饥饿的食物,水果两小份,一杯老酸奶,一碟坚果。呵呵,会不会被养肥,那要问你啊……。
