I've been using Nostrudel but the ux sucks ass. Hard for me to see when I am getting notifications.

Am I using Nostrudel wrong or do you have any recommendations for better applications?

I'd like to be notified if I get somebody commenting or quoteposting my content, but this is only available in 'Notifications' and it is buggy.
