He’s right, if someone paid attention in class, he studies and digests information much faster at home. This has to tell you that one’s brain automatically learns information when paying attention.

Yeah exactly, that was my take away from it. Though before I always felt that remembering and understanding was it's own seperate process that required intended efford 🤔. A bit similar to making a controlled efford to read can make the difference between reading aloud in your mind and reading information at thought speed.
