I mainly just don't understand why they're hell bent on using specifically chinese apps when they don't disagree with anything that US tech companies do for moderation. Didn't tiktok enforce all the same stuff that old twitter and everything else did?

I don’t know if this is a big factor or not though

That was a world ending problem on youtube when they introduced content ID but there was absolutely no alternative at the time
