It’s the Nostr media uploader. Usually you can just click the picture icon on a note and upload media like that, but it’s not working right now for some reason. You can also do it manually by going to Nostr.build in your web browser, uploading your picture there and then copying and pasting the link it generates into your note before posting it. 🧡
