Lots of programmers use UTC, but Iβm not sure which one they use.
Sounds right, UTC lines up with what I see.
Makes sense, it's why hams use it too. They have to be timezone agnostic to make it make sense.
My guess is UTC but I donβt know for sure.
My guess too. Most Bitcoin stuff I see is UTC.
