I don’t think ‘money’ alters the genocidal intent and plays absolute zero role in that economy and ecosystem.. more about influence and humanity action from inherent will for good..

Intent will be there, but at least it will incur a cost. For the past 3-4 decades, all of Epmire’s wars have been paid for with printed money.

I agree with the separation philosophy.. but not with the idea that it is being applied in that ecosystem to get services/goods flowing..
