What client are you using? I have Amethyst due to being on Android but there are several to choose from. Try them all.

Yes most definitely. Primal, nostrudel, iris.... etc
If you got to nostrapps.com you can find more there. Some are specific to your it's or android and even desktop clients. All sorts of layouts.
