Boosts will need to implement spam/bot protection in the near future. Perhaps criteria for creating and participating in a boost and even dare I say, a Web-of-Trust.

Boost bot must request a zap fee to do the work. Spammers won't zap, no filter required. Put bitcoin to work.
According to the OG post you can limit participants using lists already.
