Agreed! I would also add that open sats is not just run by Odell. It’s a group of people that vote together for where the money goes. It’s not strictly Odell’s choice so it’s unfair to blame him.
I don't think it's right for anyone to say they "need" to do anything in particular. It's a free market. If you like what they do, and/or trust their judgment, then donate through them, as a convenience. If not, find a way to donate directly to the dev(s) of your choice.
