Please explain like I'm 5 years old. What am I seeing in the Coinbase transaction? And when I do a search of the first address, I see over 9000 workers. I'd really like to know what I'm seeing/reading here.

Even though he found the block, he was still mining with the pool so the payout would have only been a few sats. Still cool, but should have been solo mining!
