Been eating organic all my life. I grew up vegetarian & the rigorous athletic training on an Olympic scale started to make me anemic, underweight in my teens. Started eating red meats my health transformed.
When I have time, it’s a banana smoothie every morning. I have protein shake 2 hrs. before bed & basically never feel muscle burn or am able to go back to a lot of physical activity the next day.
Intermittent fasting, & full-blown fasting whenever it’s a holiday I share with loved ones: Easter, Diwali, Ramadan.
