Let's be honest here.

If he doesn't want to pay for a reasonable date, doesn't want to buy you flowers, etc., then it's safe to assume:

1) he's running through a lot of women,

2) he's broke or stingy, or

3) you're out of his league, so you don't agree on what is "reasonable".
