What helps me to sleep well even during the air alarms or attacks (Ukrainian reality):
•CBD oil 10% - few drops before bedtime.
•Chinese white tea (it’s healthy for the heart and calming down a lot)
+ a bit of meditation during the day.
+less light 1 hour before bad (but this one is not so often cos I mostly back home tired and have some weed with THC cos I love it and CBD oil just for calming the body and mind and good sleep.
: {I believe we all will have more proper sleep care or even maybe we need to educate ourselves and new people on the Earth how to care about mental and physical health.}
