Yah it sucks. I stick to the following tab and cull people sharing horrid or unnecessarily negative content 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I’ve recently started unfollowing people that were providing little to no value to my TL and it feels better, but still… it’s rough. So glad we have Nostr to balance things out at least!
