Very nice. I kept bees in the past. I started with Kenya top-bar hives, then built some langstroth style hives with top-bar frames. I will get back to keeping bees once I find a suitable place. #growNostr #beekeeping #kenya #topBarHives
I attempted with a top bar before, but have learned that I should catch and work with local swarms, similar to working with local plants for your zone. Also I'm going to use the techniques from "beekeeping with a smile"

Nice! We got 2 hives last spring. 1 made it through the winter so we’ll need to work on repopulating the empty hive soon. Excited to continue learning!
