We must be able to acquire all our necessities before communities be fully orange. This means energy, food, and housing most of all, but also medical services/products, clothing, and several other professional services like law and engineering.
Most of these products and services are already possible to acquire in some cities like Rolante and Jericoacoara (both in Brazil).
I know some other cities are working to do the same. 😉
