Nobody knows what's the fiat money so they believe in dolarize the economy.

Milei wants to dolarize in 2+ years if he can. Imagine that US gov will send us their cbdc so they can test it before they use it in America.
He never said anything against cbdc cause he doesn't know anything about Blockchain, meaning he doesn't know anything about BTC.
