My mom gave me a bread slicer from the 1950s (manufacturer: „Brunner“ Germany) that she inherited from her mother, which she in turn received as a wedding present in the late 1950s.

She asked me to "check it out". Well, it escalated as usual. Now it's just renovated. (Except for the signs of wear in the wood, of course)
