Possibly because Xfinity/ Comcast blocks it for being a risky site. It showed up in the Xfinity app as advanced security blocked this connection!

Ah, didn’t think about it being on the ISP level. Weirdly, I can’t choose to bypass it like I usually can with other links that have a safety error
