Just getting out there and keeping going is the main thing, time’s improve as you keep doing it

I’ve dabbled in it on and off. I like to stay in overall shape and I feel like running is crucial for that. I’m getting more into it again now. I ran one 21k 5 years ago, but I didn’t really train or take it seriously and finished in just over 2 hours. I’ve been watching David goggins all day 😂 there is a lot of good inspiring content on social media 🔥

Definitely. I like to trail run also in the desert. I’ve actually been swimming more then anything now for cardio. Less resistance. Trying to be the best at exercising - Kenny Powers

Trail running sounds fun

It is but it is also sketchy. Out in the elements. I had a close call with a giant rattlesnake last year. Pretty much ppl only ever walk the trails but running is intense especially uphill. I grew up doing this so I love it still
