Thinking on it further, I think the Aussie numbers are really a sham in the end - as the Aussie housing bubble is one of the largest per capita in the world, perhaps excepting China.

Pretty insane the concentration of wealth here.

What happens if you take off the top 5 or top 10 wealthiest?
