One of my favourite dinners. Tibet. Middle of nowhere and obviously with our Chinese "guide". It was a big open room with traditional fire in the middle with chimney. Along comes shitty menu for foreigners and I asked if I could have what the locals were eating instead. Along comes big ass chopping board with couple pounds of chunks of slow cooked mutton and a foot long knife stuck into it. Fucking awesome!
