Can anyone explain or point me to a guide that shows how to use the nsec.app

I didn't find any clear instructions on how to use it and do something within a nostr app. Maybe I can figure this out in some extra 20 minutes if trying and testing; but it would be helpful I it had a grandma level instruction on how to, that was easily found on the website.
