I will likely cash some out for BTC is the premium is high.

But I also plan on hanging onto like 10 shares forever.

I'd like to eventually move outside of the city and have a similar set up to yours. When I'm ready, I might sell some shares for a down deposit.

Best decision I ever made

Obviously some downside but the benefits far outweigh

I have a hard time even spending a weekend in the city now
