Interoperability is at the heart of Nostr, but the key difference with Nostr is OPEN interoperability. Apple products, for example, are extremely interoperable, but they’re closed and centralized. Google apps are interoperable, but again controlled by one company. Nostr’s open interoperability is what makes it different.
