Putin murdered 51 civilians and wounded more than 220 with ballistic missile strikes on a school and a hospital in Poltava, Ukraine yesterday. Such a terrorist attack on any other city in Europe or the U.S. would result in more response than just a mealy-mouthed condemnation by worthless politicians.
