As our fees don't change frequently - what's the exact use case? Avoid swaps timing out?
It's about not saying the amount uprfront. Especially useful when sending whole UTXOs.
This is a reason I like wallets like Sparrow that not only allow fee rate control, but also the option of just setting the total fee. Then one can determine exact amounts for sending that whole UTXO.
Yes, Sparrow is absolutely awesome. But unfortunately most wallets don't allow that much control.
