I really look forward to each years 07 Vanishing Point (Innis & Gunn) release. This years' has been double cask matured. First, 9 months on The Glenlivet (180YO!) casks. Then 3 month on Port casks.

The combination of aromas and flavors is incredible. Super complex but well balanced. When I grow up, I want to be the kind of brewer that makes this beer.
