It depends on you, really. I would put the majority of that in a 2-of-3 multisig cold storage. I personally use collaborative custody with Nunchuk, which I highly recommend.

What you want to put under, say, a tapsigner and a lightning wallet on your phone depends on how much you spend regularly and how easily you want to access it.
