I just had a 39 minute conversation with AI about astrology 🤯

I walk away from that conversation with a lot of new knowledge and a changed world view at some level. I have always thought of astrology as more or less mumbo jumbo and now realize I should review those thoughts moving forward.

This is both scary and exciting at the same time. There's a side of me that shares the concern that maliciously trained AI could wreak havoc just by training us in ways we don't even understand. It's also kind of exciting to me in the same way the web ushered in a new level of knowledge for the common man.

My takeaway is that it's important to run your own models on your own hardware. That might end up saving you from a lot of headaches down the way.
