Also while we're at it, what "fundamental human right" even is and which school of thought does it come from?
True, there are no natural human rights.
After your birth nature gives you just one: the right to die.
All other human rights are granted by governments, secured by national and international law and should be respected and protected by governmental structures.
They are not respected and protected.
And when they are not people have to fight for them.
