ukraine the geopolitical country was not allowed to obtain nuclear material as a condition of being released to use their independence and russian stake and control russian-speaking territory. in uno reverse - you should ask yourself why those pumping "ukrainian crypto" were in possession of and building and profiting from falsely fronted content.... and using it to harm those who provided the original content and lineage decades before. the ukrainian independence charter clearly stated ukraine narratives were excluded from all access to nuclear material; and they were required to treat ethnic russian locals with equality and respect. neither of those things were honored.
